  1. Install IIS (Internet Information Server)
  2. Install MySQL Community Edition (Database server)
  3. Install PHP (IIS language extension)
  4. Install phpBB (Full Package)
  5. Customize your ride

NOTE: You can even setup email notifications using the free Gmail service.
