How to make a free forum

Hello! If you are reading this, you want to make a forum... or you just want to read something. Well anyway, I have updated this with an even better way to do it!

  1. Install IIS (Internet Information Server)
  2. Install MySQL Community Edition (Database server)
  3. Install PHP (IIS language extension)
  4. Install phpBB (Full Package)
  5. Customize your ride

NOTE: You can even setup email notifications using the free Gmail service.
